SERVICES AND PAYMENT:

1. DOMESTIC CLEANING SERVICE AND OFFICE CLEANING

1.1 The charge of regular cleaning service is £10 per hour, per cleaner and is subject to signing agreement with “MAX&AYA”Ltd. Minimum of 2 hours weekly basis per cleaning visit and minimum of 3 hours fortnightly basis applies.Customer agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work,unless other arrangements have been made with“MAX&AYA”-Ltd. If a “MAX&AYA”operative needs to collect keys from a third party’s address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10 charge may apply. We require payment by standing order. On the 1st day of each month after receipt of your invoice(subject to a signed agreement)

2.ONE-OFF CLEANING SERVICE

2.1 The client must pay to “MAX&AYA”Ltd £12 per hour,per cleaner for a one-off cleaning visit unless promotional rate applies,minimum of 3hours per visit applies.Payment must be made by standing order no later than the day before the cleaning visit or the client may pay 40%deposit on the day of the booking. The balance outstanding should be setted on the day the job is completed.If the client is dissatisfied with the work done on his request then “MAX&AYA” would like to come back and re-do the job free of charge. The client is responsible for cleaning materials and equipment.

3. CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY STEAM CLEANING SERVICE

3.1 Payment must be made by standing order on the day of the carpet cleaning visit or the client may pay a deposit on the day of the booking. The balance outstanding should be settled on completion of the job. There is £50 minimum callout charge. The parking must be paid by the client.If the client is dissatisfied with the wor has done on his request then ”MAX&AYA” would like to come back and re-do the job free of charge. Please note that in some cases the client’s carpets cannot be cleaned as new because of old or permanent damage/stains which cannot be removed completely using ”MAX&AYA” carpet cleaning equipment. ”MAX&AYA”operatives use the latest top of the range extraction systems and chemicals. Situations when when such damage/stains occur must not be classified as unsuccessful and a full payment should made for this service.

4. END OF TENANCY CLEANING SERVICE

4.1 Payment must be made by standing order no later than the day before the cleaning visit or the client may pay 40%deposit on the day of the booking.The balance out standing should be settled on the day the job is completed.The client is adviced to book the service for the same day the inventory check will take place.If the client is dissatisfied with the work done on his request then “MAX&AYA”would like to come back and re-do the job free of charge.The standard end of tenancy does not include cleaning of walls,ceilings,curtains,etc.We do not carry out cleaning painted walls,ceilings,gardens and exterior of building.However if cleaning of balconies,windows,steam cleaning of carpet,etc is required then an extra quote will be provided.

5. CLAIMS

5.1 The client accept and understand that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle client to no refunds or recovery cleanings. ”MAX&AYA” requires the presence of the customer or his/her represantive in the beginning and at the end of the cleaning session as an inspection can be carried out and if any corrections should be made on the same day. If the customer has scheduled an inventory check then it must be scheduled to commence no late than 24hours after the cleaning job has been carried out. ”MAX&AYA” will not accept a complaint based on inventory check report filed more than 24hours after the cleaning session. Complaints are accepted verbally over the phone and writing (letter,e-mail) Complaints must be reported on completion or in the following 24hours. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost by our company. There is a £30 per household liability limit. ”MAX&AYA”agrees to keep all customers’ information confidential. In case of damage ”MAX&AYA” will repair the items at it’s cost.

 

“MAX&AYA” - Ltd has a Public and Employer’s liability insurance. The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by an operator working on behalf of “MAX&AYA”-Ltd reported within 24hours of service date. All our cleaners have full liability cover and we can process all claims which are property notified to us in accordance to these terms and conditions.

6. CANCELLATION

6.1 REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING,OFFICE CLEANING

The customer may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24hours advanced notice. The customer may terminate the whole service by giving at least one month advanced notice prior to the end of term on the contract and specifying the last cleaning date. The customer agrees to pay the half price of the cleaning session, If cancels or changes of the date/time is less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The customer agrees to pay half price of the cleaning session in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners, if they being turned away, no one at home to let them in or problem with the customer keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. The customer agrees to pay full price of one cleaning session in case of a termination of the service if the customer has given less than 2weeks advanced notice.

7. ONE-OFF CLEANING SERVICE

7.1 The customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning service at least 24hours prior to the agreed start time. The customer agrees to pay £34 cancellation fee per cleaner if cancels or changes of the date/time is less than 24hours prior to scheduled appointment. The customer agrees to pay £34 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock – out caused by our cleaners being turned away, no one to let them in or problem with the customer keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.

8. END OF TENANCY AND CARPET CLEANING SERVICES:

8.1 The customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning service at least 24hours prior to the agreed start time. The customer agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out case by our cleaners being turned away, no one at home to let them in, no water or power available at the client’s premises or problem with the customer keys. If keys provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. If any deposit has been paid to “MAX&AYA”then the customer agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee.

9. AFTER CANCELLATION OF THE CLEANING SERVICE:

9.1 The customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service and for a period up to 12months he/she will not hire or use any cleaner provided to the client by “MAX&AYA”. If the client does wish to hire or use cleaning services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of £1,000. The client agrees to be bound by “MAX&AYA”-Ltd terms and conditions
