1.Can you provide references from some of your customers?
-Yes we can provide references from our current customers

2.How do you vet your cleaners?
-We have proven system to vet our cleaners.We ask for:

  • proof of address
  • identification-ID
  • permission to work in UK
  • passed an interview
  • give training

3.Can I trust your cleaners and give a set of keys of my home?
-Yes you can give keys to our cleaners.Most of our clients have busy schedule and as such give their kkeys to our cleaners.They are trustworthy,above all,it’s a company’s policy that they take due care of clients properties.

4.What if I am not happy with service?
-You have to report no later than 24hours of your cleaning session and our next service will be free of charge plus replacement if you wish.

5.What is the minimum number of hours I can get a cleaner from your company?
-For weekly basis is 2hours minimum and 3hours minimum on a fortnightly basis.

6.Do you have insurance?
-Yes we have public liability insurance.

7.Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?
-On a regular basis you have to provide all the necessary materials and equipment.Your cleaner will inform you if your supplies are running low.

8.What do I need to do if I have to suspend your cleaning service?
-Please give us a written notice of one month when you need your last cleaning session to take place.

9.What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
-Just give us a call minimum 24hours in advance!If you fail to give us the appropriate notice you will have to pay 1hour for cleaning session that was scheduled.

10.what shall I do if the scheduled cleaner doesn’t turn up?
-If your cleaner doesn’t turn up,please contact us immediately.You might be entitled to compensation if she is late for more than 1hour.

11.What sort of jobs are the cleaners prepared to do?
-The cleaners will do most types of cleaning including:

  • Vacuuming
  • Polishing
  • Dusting
  • Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms
  • Ironing
  • Tidying
  • Mopping
  • Changing bed sheets

12.How long will take you to find me a cleaner?
- “MAX&AYA” endeavours to meet all request as soon as possible and will respond to all queries within 24hours. Time, location and work-load all have an influence on the ability to supply a cleaner, but in most cases we will be available within 24hours

13.Who pays the cleaner?
-You pay the cleaner the fee arranged by yourself and our office. The cleaner should be paid direct in cash or cheque at? 7 an hour at the end of each session worked. Company commission is? 3 an hour which is payable by the client monthly by standing order. Any tips of bonuses are paid directly to the cleaner.
